1. Core Training with Perturbation
2. Push and pull to improve dynamic balance and static balance.
3 Balance training on air stability pad, foam pad, trampoline, balance master, stability trainer.
4 Theraband Training on Bosu
These exercises need to be continued for atleast 12 weeks to prevent recurrence of back pain without lumbar belt.
