Heya! Pretty sure Hijack deduced it when he was following Isabel and Max as a dog on their walk to school.

I somehow completely forgot about that scene, oops. But yes; that answers that.

You know, Hijack didn’t have to reassure Isaac like he did. Lucifer is right; it would be better for Hijack to have run given the chance, and those few extra seconds before sprinting off may have given time for the rest of the activity club to catch up. Yet,

Hijack did that anyways. Really ties in Hijack’s spiel to the bathroom mirror earlier in the chapter. 

I’m crying.
