"So if its okay that I may ask this question, what brings the king of duel monsters to return to domino city? Could it be that you miss all your friends and just wished to come and seem them again or did you just miss domino city and the people altogether?"

"Hey your right on that note for sure. And not just here in domino but that should go for any given place were in. Always be on your guard my mother would say." She smiled

"Hmm? Heh..." He smiled faintly. "I suppose I've been too obvious. But yes. I came back in hopes of seeing them again. It took a few favors, but it worked out. The only problem is, I left everything to Yugi's care. I'm not quite sure how to best approach them without crossing that idea."

Still, he seemed to lighten up a bit at the thought. "...At least Yugi seemed to handle himself fairly well all the while."

"Right. Good advice. There are a lot of people here that aren't always what they seem, to say the least..." Then again, he felt at ease Juanita seemed independent and capable. Looking around too, he was more at ease that he couldn't really recognize anyone nearby who he knew in the past that this would definitely describe.

"Ya, but I've come to notice that yugis growing up since then and he's more confident then he was before hand. He's also a lot stronger and more faithful in who he is. Kinda like what you are already. A lot of woman look for men with traits like that."

"That's true I usually don't have any trouble coming my way when I'm out walking. But if I do I just try to ignore and keep it moving." she said

"He has grown up a lot from when we first met, yes. Admittedly, there were a lot of things he shouldn't have to go through, but... Seeing him manage from it, that made it easier to trust he can take care of himself." Musing of it, he showed he still cared for the boy, and shared a certain level of pride in him akin to either a little brother or a son. He really did feel he'd be in good hands without him needing to step in to intervene. "That's good. Calm as it may be around here most of the time, it doesn't hurt to stay cautious just in case."

"Ha, well i dont see how no one else can tell the difference between you both. I mean there plently of differences. Your hair and eyes, your height and your voices and we can’t forget about your personalities. You both can be gentle but your more bold and and strick, filled with confidence while yugis is a sweetheart and he’s more the innocent type." She stated

"Ya it is, taking strolls was something my mother would do it was a method she had me go by whenever I had too much on my mind."

"Haha, that is the same thing we both thought, too. But it seemed to take time for everyone to adjust to." Then again, he also knew that for an early part of it all, a lot of people didn't even know Yami was his own being in the first place. Perhaps that was why he seemed easy to charm whenever someone came around and did take notice. "It's a good method. As long as nobody gives you any problems on the way, I can see how it would help." After all, it was the same reasoning that brought him here, too.

"Well, its not hard to note the difference between you and yugi at least not for me that is. I'm the type to pay attention to appearances when I'm around someone for said reasons." she said

To answer your question as to what brings me out here. I usually come out here to take my daily strolls its my way of clearing my mind whenever I either stressed or just frustrated. I feel most free when I’m out here walking. enjoying the nature and whatnot." She said with a small smile.

"I see." Still, compared to the typical, this was a fresh change to him, as much as it might not be as big a deal to others. "I've met many others who couldn't seem to tell so easily. You are very observant." He smiled in return, nodding a little in definitely relating to the answer. "It's a good idea. When I could I sometimes felt like doing the same."

Um yeah..yeah im fine sorry. So what brings you hear yami, ar eyou best friends with the one named yugi motou and his other friends joey wheeler and Tristan taylor and duke devlin and tea Gardner? I know of them." Juanita said with a  smile

"Ah, well... Just getting fresh air and passing the time." He hesitated to admit he was specifically biding his time and wasn't quite to keen just yet of the others knowing he was there. They deserved a break from him and all, right?

"Yes, I'm friends with them." He didn't see the harm in confirming it as much. "I'm a bit surprised too. Usually, people would mistake me for Yugi." Not that he'd blame them.

For the most part, he grew a little more curious of Juanita. "So, what brings you here, Juanita? Just out for a walk too?"

Well, that was a thing.

One minute it was a friend's birthday, the next minute was a mountain of things, up to and including a terrible cold. orz Sorry everyone for the sudden disappearance. I'm getting back on track while getting through this cold, so I'll catch up to everyone throughout today.

Walking down the street Juanita was doing her normal every day stroll a s she usually does when she wasn't to just get out of the house. Taking in each of the sceneries she smiled at the beauty that was before her very navy blue orbs of hers.

Not being able to remove herself from such a beautiful city she decided to carry on with her stroll as she did. Nita also decided to stop at different stores and take peeks inside them not really wanting to buy anything for the meantime but thought it was nice to have a look around a little window shopping wouldn't hurt nobody so she thought.

Then somewhere along the way she notice a very formal figure walking along the streets of domino city and knew for a fact that she has indeed seem him around before but never really knew who he was. She knew he was friends with a group that contained a blond haired a brunette and the other male and black haired male and the there was the small tri-colored male in the group too named yugi.  

Nita decided to allow her curiosity to take over as she made her way across the street to meet this tall slender male who looked exactly like yugi but different. once she reach him she made the effort to speak and greet him.

"Um hello..i hope im not interfering with anything of the sort but I couldn't help but come over and speak to you. I somehow recognize you but not personally you look like the young male named yugi, are you two related by any chance?" Nita said with a  small smile.."oh and my name is Juanita Myian, its nice to meet you." she said as she held out her small hand to him

Once she met his gaze she was at lost of words as if she was in some sort of trance after seeing those bright amethyst eyes of his. She couldn't help but to stare but the more she did the more she felt herself going into a deeper trance. She didn't even realize that her face was red causing her to have a small blush.

Going on his own way, it eventually caught Yami's attention that where many others he passed by had came and went throughout there day, there was someone who seemed to cross his path and stay on it. He focused on her a bit more once it became clear she really was trying to approach him, and not simply walking a similar path as him. "Hmm? Oh, no, you're not interfering with anything." In fact, right then he felt he had all the time in the world. After being used to stepping into a body only when the whole world was crashing down (well, for the most part), this was an incredible blessing to him. Before he could speak more, however, he paused and blinked at her. He masked his surprise outwardly, but after seeing so many who couldn't tell the difference between him and Yugi, it surprised him she seemed to take notice he looked like Yugi as opposed to assume he was Yugi. "...Heh." Not that it was a bad thing, necessarily. He smirked with intrigue. "You could say that..." Technically, he didn't lie. Even if his relations to Yugi were very, very distant. "That's a pretty name. I'm Yami. It's a pleasure to meet you too." He took her hand gently and shook it before letting go. In being this close, he did share much more tell-tale differences from Yugi that were less obvious. Locked onto her navy blue eyes, he showed his own eyes seemed darker and more red-tinted compared to Yugi's, nearly bordering magenta hues. He looked fierce and sharp, but not quite as intense as he could've been in much more pressing times. "...Are you alright?" Least of all when he rose an eyebrow in noticing the blush form on Nita's face, but being rather oblivious of the cause.

Hello! Thanks for that. I’ve felt the most familiar with this verse and had been a bit shy trying to play characters of later verses. Mostly from not having gotten the chance to get to know them as well as I’d like. (|’D Sorry guys. This is a head’s up on why I’d be a bit derped on how to respond to characters of later verses, much as I love you all.)

I’d be very interested in grouping up, but I get the feeling a lot of players would already jump on Yami, and Yugi and Joey wouldn’t be too far behind, haha.

idk… I been trying to get my YuGiOh RP on with virtually zero success.  I realize maybe trying to rp Jaden or Yugi or whoever with a little gryphon maybe hard but… someone give me a shot at least.  I can RP YuGiOh DM and GX for the most part even though I havn’t watched the entire series (I’m up to episode 147)..  My character is all little and cute and I try to make a point of being entertaining…  I mean… a house cat sized gryphon that can’t fly, is afraid of heights and plays children’s card games and World of Warcraft is cute ‘n stuff right? … I dunno.. ignore me

The King Has Returned

How long has it been since that ceremonial duel? He wasn't really sure. From the looks of it, Domino had hardly changed a bit since the last few glimpses he saw of it. The more things changed, the more things stayed the same, it seemed. There he was, walking down the streets of Domino City, being almost widely ignored in the crowds that passed by in trying to get to where they needed to. Few people recognized him, and fewer still had the time to spare to walk up and say anything to him. Yami grinned a little. It was for the best. Without anyone approaching him, it gave him time to think. But, with the few people to recognize him breathing out Yugi's name in hushed tones, it definitely made him think back to his old friend. Before, he resigned to the thought of Yugi taking over everything, the title of King of Games, the duty to protect the world, everything. After all, if he had doubts in him, he wouldn't have wanted to leave him behind so soon. Course, fate worked in mysterious ways. Now he was here, and for all he knew, Yugi was either at the Kame Game Shop, or out with his friends. Thinking this, Yami thought he would have time to sort things out with what to do from here, and whether or not to face Yugi and his friends again. But, for now, he went on his own way, taking in the peace. He knew he had to tell Yugi and the others at some point that he returned. But, perhaps, he could take a little more time to find the right words to say it.
