Body Lock Takedown

A great video from Li MMA on how to do a body lock takedown in mma. Its great from the pummel or to counter an opponent who is rushing in. The body lock does a very good job at breaking down the posture and landing you in a dominate postion.

Jackie Chan getting pissed off and walking off because his co-star can’t follow the fight choreography he’s been given.

Jackie explains that Ron Smoorenburg (the co-star in this scene) kept moving forward, towards Jackie, instead of performing his moves on the spot. This pushed Jackie back and ultimately out of frame.

Eventually, due to Ron not being able to pull off the requested moves, they had to bring a double in: long time Jackie Chan Stunt Team member, Brad Allan.
