When our flight to JFK was delayed (not because of Spirit Airlines), we decided to change course and spend an extra night in Boston. We arrived at Boston Logan with no hotel reservation, so we used their free wifi to search for a place to stay that (Thursday) night. We first called the hotel we had reservations with for the following (Friday) night, but they were sold out & were unable to extend our reservation.

Looks like Spirit Airlines is having trouble with their pilots, which are causing cancellations. Over 400 flights have been cancelled due to the legal battle. Cancellations at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport caused chaos as passengers started to fight.
