Romeo and Juliet (Act II, Scene II, Capulet’s Garden) by Charles Edouard Edmond Delort (French, 1841–1895)
I like Have a Nice Life because I don’t have a nice life
Fragments of Me
I listen to the same song on repeat,
yet I fall in love with new melodies every day.
Uncertainty terrifies me,
yet I keep finding pieces of myself
in places I’ve never been.
I am quiet,
speaking only with whom I’m comfortable with.
I wear vulnerability like an open window,
but only a few have ever seen
how deep it really goes.
I seem easy to know,
warm enough to welcome anyone.
Yet behind it all
are walls built with intention,
and boundaries.
I am made of contradictions
a collection of fragments
that somehow fit together
to become me.
Waiting patiently for the day
the sun finally finds me.
And when it does,
I’ll shine brighter
In the mood for love (2000)
I’d do tattoo for the rest of my life, until death tear us apart
"At the high point of our intimacy, we were just 0.01cm from each other"
Eyes that say what words can’t
🖤 Made with love and care, for all my beloved friends

Us
Platonic friendship is one of the most beautiful things. Who would I be without them? Would I ever feel truly seen without them? Would I ever express myself the way I am now?
