Maybe it’s just me, but this is how I view detachment

Detachment = healthy

Means I love you but I will always love me. I choose you, want you, but I do not need you. I am not codependent. My ability to love myself does not depend on you. I will always respect myself and my boundaries the same way I will respect you. I flow with life and remain in alignment. I will never lose myself in someone else because the right person for me will elevate me and vice versa
