I’m definitely drawn to strong female characters, but those characters wouldn’t be interesting or real if they didn’t have vulnerable sides too. I’m really connecting with characters who feel a little bit lost or vulnerable right now. Maybe the interesting part of that job would be finding that character’s strength. That would, no doubt, be a reflection of what I’m going through in my life right now and the fact that I’m in this place where I’m searching for my own strength in a very vulnerable time.
