I'm generally a solid horror fan, but I've never understood the love for James Wan. I'm a third of the way into Malignant and so far it's dogshit. But I'm told things switch up a lot by the end, so I'll hold full opinion until then.

This Criminal Minds-ass primetime drama acting is not doing jack for me.

I'm halfway through, I can see the big twist coming from the atmosphere, and I keep thinking Lucio Fulci kept his giallo at a rapid hour and a half, what the fuck is Wan doing with two hours of this?

Any of mutuals from the Midwest US or familiar with Caseys Pizza? Because while having like the best bacon cheeseburger pizza I’ve had in a long time and scrolling Tumblr—as one does, I had the hilarious thought of introducing Tom Hiddleston to the wonders of Caseys Pizza. We all know he’s a foodie. I think he’d be rather intrigued by the amazing gas station chain’s pizza. They don’t have it in the UK, and Caseys is only operational in the Midwest United States, so while he doesn’t strike me as someone who is above gas station food, he wouldn’t have heard of it on either coast or down south. I’ll admit New York pizza chains are probably better, but I’ve never been so I don’t know that for a fact.

Sorry just a little thought I had during dinner tonight 🤣 so don’t mind me. I’m just day dreaming impossible scenarios. Again.

While I understand these references, I am strictly a QT girl and have yet to purchase any of the "in house" things at Casey's. I have, however, heard very good things about the pizza.

I know it's all to be seen, but do you have any predictions about what's going to happen to Sylvie? She just looked so defeated, like the minute she'd done it, she knew she'd made a mistake. I wonder how she will come back from that.

I think it's too early to predict, but she as you, based on that moment, I think we can expect some regret over what she's done. Or if not what she did—because she chose to free the multiverse from the control of one person and imo that's not wrong—at least in the way it went down. She looks so unsatisfied.

I think she looks unsatisfied because it doesn't bring her the closure she thought/hoped it would and she knows she gave up something monumental for the chance to kill TOWR and it was all in vain.
