Dude I’m gonna graduate high school before the next episode comes out- I started watching in elementary school.

that is if it ever does come out.

I get not feeling motivation to write stuff, but pretending your going to do something and showing no progress in five years is just ridiculous, and it’s clearly just for money now.

it’s just sad cus in middle school I was figuring out my identity and starting to do theater and Thomas was such an inspiration to me, but now I just feel sad when I think about his old work.

It really feels like we’re just watching him puppet the corpse of the series at this point—insisting it’s alive while distracting us with random new content no one asked for. Like, the second people start asking real questions, he yells “look over there!” and drops a new video so he can replace the strings of his money-making puppet.

I really miss being into Sanders Sides. I miss the characters so much. I can’t even watch old episodes without feeling bad about it because I don’t enjoy them how I used to, and it’s like the show’s lost it’s magic for me. I can’t even see the sides as separate from Thomas anymore and I literally used to be one of the people who talked on here about how easy it was to suspend my disbelief and forget that they were all him. Not to mention that in new videos they are all so out of character that it’s as if they’re Walmart versions of their former selves. It’s sad.

Quick notes if you moved from reddit to here before you interact with me:

- We have a bot problem on here. That means that blogs that have no pfps (only the default pfp), no reblogs and it's just a completely blank blog will be blocked immediately. This is mostly because bots spread malicious links, often to porn sites or some really messed up stuff. They also sometimes send nsfw asks and messages, sometimes even actual porn. Just reblog a few posts and you should be fine. Lurkers don't really work on here unfortunately, so just at least reblog a few posts here and there so people won't block you on sight.

- Tumblr doesn't work like reddit. Likes are more of a bookmarker than an actual system that will get you to the front page. If you want to support artists, writers or you want boost a post that discusses a topic you love/care about, reblog a post.

- Hashtags are like afternotes. You can use them to boost your post to whatever fandom or aesthetic you're posting for, or just add in your small thoughts to a post. Especially if you reblog. They also help you discover more communities.

- Your follower count isn't shown publicly, so nobody gives a shit about how famous or unknown you are. The chances of your post reaching 1k is 50/50. Ya role the dice and hope something happens.

My favorite thing about getting a post massively reblogged is seeing how many people have negative tagging systems. I don't mean "negative" in the sense of "bad", I just mean that instead of tagging something as X, they tag it as not-Y.

Like you'll make a post about how spoons were invented in the 1720s in an ill-fated attempt to settle an argument between four of the five popes, and it gets reblogged and someone tags it "#not naruto".

And it's like, you're not wrong. That post has nothing to do with Naruto! But you can't help but feel proud your post got selected as one of the few non-naruto posts worthy of being included on their clearly heavily Naruto-themed blog.

It's worth noting that the reason the beaver wants the water to be deeper in the first place is that the Beaver is using the deep water as a pantry:

All summer and fall, beavers gather up branches with the leaves they actually eat, and store it in the deep end of the Pond, where the cold water and limited oxygen keep the leaves fresh all winter, so when it's negative 20 outside, a beaver can take a dip out of it's lodge, grab some refrigerated leaves in the (relatively) warmer water and go back to it's cozy little nap hole while everything else is out there suffering and eating bark or the like.
