Does anybody else have songs that you used to really like but now when you hear them you immediately turn them off because they remind you of someone you'd rather forget?

Like I used to have a friend who turned out to be really super toxic and now whenever I hear "I'm not okay" by mcr I get incredibly pissed and annoyed and when I hear "chlorine" by top I get a jolt of anxiety and energy running thru me because that was the ringtone for the calls that would never end, that I was always expecting.

It's fucked up that this person took things that I liked away from me and people shouldn't have to deal with that.

I know what it's like to have four voices in your head shouting at you to do this and that, that you should not eat, that you need to be skinny and beautiful, that you're weak for eating. But believe me, eating is brave. It's the bravest thing you can do. You deserve food, you deserve to be recognized. You deserve to be healthy. Please, eating is the right choice.
