I’m 100% serious. It’s a shitload cheaper to make one mold with a bit of variation in order to shit out a ton of “different characters” in order to make a considerable profit. They don’t care about quality, or how similar to the actual character the little souless things are. They’re just looking to make a buck in the capitalist hellscape. People keel buying the funko pop figures, they’re super easy to make, they literally have no soul or love put into them. 

Other figurines take actual artistry to make, and they would have to pay actual artists and sculptures and then make a mold for the characters, and that takes time AND money, and they’re not about that life. God forbid anything cuts into the profits lining the huge conglomerate cooperations.
