Sorry but this is really annoying as people have the right to wear what they want no matter there culture. Reclaim the bindi is like saying reclaim the cross (which is on most clothing items nowadays) or reclaim the kimono when that’s a summer fashion item to have.

Wear what the fuck you want no matter your sex, sexuality, religion, culture ! Fuck what anyone else thinks

Actually people don’t have the right to take my culture out of context and get called “bohemian” and “trendy” for wearing bindis when I get laughed at for wearing them. And Christianity isn’t a marginalized religion in the west so of course it’s symbols are everywhere, bc religions outside of Christianity are  viewed as barbaric/uncivilized. Don’t try and equate that with cultural appropriation. Thanks for ur input tho Mary Sue!

In episode one they destroy any hint that the state’s timeline for January 13th, 1999 could be accurate.

You can believe Adnan is guilty. But you really can’t say the state proved their case beyond a reasonable doubt. It’s pretty clear that witnesses were coached and changed their testimony and nothing they said lines up.

There’s no way someone should have been imprisoned on this evidence.
