She did bring a date, yes. A lovely, charming woman :). Very calm. Very wise. Which, frankly, you’d have to be to attend a wedding where the grooms might at any moment hijack the proceedings to solve a murder….

Harriet, of course, behaved impeccably. Only cried once. Did not harras the bartenders. Told everyone embarrassing stories about me only twice. All perfectly balanced.
