Reliving the Past ...

It's great to have visitors, especially ones from the past.

Today I have had the pleasure of reliving my high school days when my art teacher stopped in for a visit. She reminded of the days when art passion ruled my life.... I must say, it's been awhile since I have felt that excitement for art.

I guess my excuse is life has gotten in the way. What used to fuel my life was long hours of dedication to perfect my master piece. Spending hours upon hours looking at different angles and depicting a shadows cast have now been replaced by laundry, dishes, a screaming tantrum from my daughter because I gave her the blue cup instead of the red cup.

Time.....I can summarize that time is the culprit. I just don't have time to feel that passion I once felt.

But, I did feel that glimmer today as I reunited with my high school art teacher. I have missed her, I have missed art. And today I have been reminded that a bit of passion still remains and longs to be woken again.

-So here's to my reawakening!

In The beginning....

Trying to set up a blog, finesse your Facebook Page, Take care of a toddler and be 18 weeks preggers is turning out to be a lot of work....

But eyes on the prize. I am ready to start this home business thing.

I hope you will all be checking back to see my plunders, my trips and my stumbles. But most of all, I hope you get to watch this little business/blog of mine grow into something great.

As a few followers might know. I have had an online presence for quite some time. But I must admit.... I am lazy! I have not given the time and effort needed to get things rolling any smoother than a crawl.

So now that I am now solely at home and no longer displaying product at the Painted Tree Market. Its time to get off my lazy bum and get all this online stuff a little elbow grease. I always will welcome tips and tricks...Like I said before, I am new at all this. You can only research so long before your eyes begin to glaze over and the ideas you once read begin to blur.
