AHEM SO my theory is that Viktor wanted to remove all flaws, as in any pain or negative feelings. Just look at Councilor Sallo, he was the biggest bitch in existence before and a visit to Viktor wouldn’t have turned him into a kind and obedient individual, without any form of brainwashing like no way.
