I am having issues with Kirta does anyone know what might fix this?

I looked it up and it said to delete the file recourcecache.sqlite so I did that, but when I opened the app again it said there was some kind of issue and it reported an error to Microsoft or something then Kirta turned on and I have the file again and it still pops this thing up.

It had also not been showing certain tools when drawing like the eraser tool but it is now mostly
