Okay now, let’s be serious...I’ve never met a band that crazy, diverse, original and bananas like this one. The rasmus is much more than their hit song In the shadows. In their early days(yes, the lead singer dyed his hear pink and green and used to sing with a sunflower microphone...) they were unexperienced musicians having a good time with music, discovering it and themselves in the journey, being genuine and funny. I can’t help but dancing and juming to songs like this, all I can say is Hilarious!
Then they went through different stages,trying to define their style but let’s be honest, even right now they don’t have a fixed style and that’s why I love about their music, is ever changing,ever developing,like us.
They got chessy, This bizarre cheap video is priceless: Liquid is an old time favourite!
They were gorgeous in creating pop rock, more pop than rock, songs:
While maintaining the melancholic feeling (must be something in the water in Finland)
Then they got darker, romantic and mysterious (the return of gothic music maybe?)
