Five Things - Thurs. June 30, 2016

•You are only an enemy of God when you make yourself an enemy of God. (Matt. 12:30; Psalm 68:1) •If you currently are God's enemy, Jesus has already died for you, so you might have life. Talk about irony! If a man lays down His life for a FRIEND, do you REALLY still consider yourself against God? (Rom. 5:10; John 15:13) •God teaches His children to love our enemies by shining the sun, and pouring the rain on EVERYONE. (Matt. 5:45) •Therefore, feed your enemies the best, not poison for poison. (Rom. 12:20; 1 Peter 3:9) •When you are God's favorite and delight in His way, He causes your enemy to make peace with you. (Prov. 16:7)

•Five, in the bible is the number for "GRACE," or God's goodness and favor towards humanity. •Holy Anointing Oil: Myrrh, Cinnamon, calumus, cassia, olive oil. •Five Wounds of Grace: 2 in His wrists, 2 in His feet, pierced in His side •Your hands! You have fingers, often called digits, or multipliers, and they come in FIVES! Two FIVES! That's Grace Upon Grace! Open those hands to receive from God: •Grace to Work, Grace to Plant, Grace to Play, Grace to Sow, Grace To Reap!

1.It would be SO easy to establish our own little empires! We can see it. But would the KINGDOM rule of Christ come and crush it? Yes. (Matthew 6:33; 7:24-27) 2.On that note: "Your Majesty, We Worship Thee" https://youtu.be/FliW3t6mlq0 3.At one point the inconsistencies in our lives just end up becoming bad practice. 4."I LOVE YOU!!!!" Prove it. (1 John 3:18) 5.Clapping your hands out of worship says to the Lord, "My palms are open to praise, so when I finish, they'll be open to receive!"
