Rue’s face turned a bright red and she looked away. “I..I am so sorry about that, I..” She turned away, covering her face. 

Jake somehow sensed something was wrong and turned around, eyeing the gardener. Vincent kept the innocent smile on his face.

Arata chuckled and stood up, still not having an answer for the boy. He hugged Rue with one arm, kissing her forehead.

"It's okay, he's just a kid so- uh, he doesn't.. Understand..? Ah, Sorry- I don't have any better words."

Rue smiled, also getting down on the ground. She gently patted his head and also hugged Vincent. Vincent gently hugged the two of them. He looked over at Arata with a huge grin on his face.

"Are you going to be my brother too?" He innocently asked. Rue froze, staring at her younger brother.

"Oh! Uh.." He let go of Vincent, having a worried look on his face. "Uhm."

He was a little speechless, due to the young boy asking the question. It would be awkward if your lovers younger sibling asked if you were to be their sibling too, wouldn't it?

Jake nodded. “Good, glad you understand what I’m saying.” He turned around, waiting for them to stop ‘making love’ and all that stuff. Vincent noticed Rue and Arata hugging each other and ran over.

"A-ah.. M-may I get a hug too? P-Please..?" He timidly asked Arata, knowing Rue would already approve. Rue giggled a little, noticing how nervous her boyfriend was. "Don’t worry about him."

He set Rue down and grinned. Getting on one knee he hugs the little boy with a gentle squeeze.

"Of course!" He said.

Jake crossed his arms, walking closer and staring him down. Rue frowned and hugged Arata even tighter, trying to get him to calm down and hug her back. 

Rue cuddled his chest, mumbling “Just ignore him.” The older brother said nothing for a few moments. “..You’re her boyfriend? No one deserves my Rue.” He leaned forward.

He was sweating nervously and wrapped his arms around Rue like a python, squeezing her tight but not too tight.

"Y- Yes, sir!" He let out, almost lifting rue off the ground.
