crackfic where adam chase is a long lost cousin of annabeth and magnus

adam, in trying to give himself more luck in the upcoming jet lag season, sacrifices a meal to hermes, who (due to chase family luck, and for hermes' entertainment) actually answers and gives him a blessing. he's incredibly lucky during the course of the season, but he's also attracted a bunch of greek monsters with his newfound godlyness. annabeth becomes aware of this and recruits magnus to help save his life (and by extention, the lives of sam and ben)

The fanbase-wide reaction to Amy, which is immediate universal adoration and demand for more screen time is amazing to see but also extremely funny.

Like yes I do need like 1,000 more Amy seasons. I desperately want to see her play Hide and Seek. I’ve loved seeing her pop up behind the scenes forever and this season had been such a treat.

I am also amused that this is like the third time now that Sam has hired someone to sub in for writing work because his previous writer(s) were so multi-talented they moved up the totem pole to work on bigger/on-camera things. And it seems like the cycle may be complete for Sam to start looking for another up-and-coming comedy writer to help take some of Amy’s load if she does end up showing up on more Jet Lag seasons. Incredible.
