If you can call it waking. I think he’s up enough to phone Aziraphale and ask if it’s all over yet? I do not think Aziraphale’s answer about how we aren’t actually in the official second lockdown yet, or the tone of voice in which it is delivered, followed by Aziraphale’s helpful explanations about the Rule of Six, Household Mixing, or pub opening times, did much to get Crowley out of bed. And he’d put down the phone with a sigh.

If this were the old days, Crowley probably thought, I’d have a commendation for the masks by now. A small, uncomfortable thing that human beings can do to keep other people and themselves safer, turned into a giant politicised shouty mess. Brilliant. Probably I’d have a plaque. But of course, they don’t need demons to come up with stuff like that. Hell is empty. All the demons are here...

Do It With Style Events Good Omens Mini-Bang - Blends of Paradise

It is my absolute pleasure that I am finally announcing my Mini-Bang project that @do-it-with-style-events​ got me working on, alongside the extraordinarily talented @goosetooths​! It’s been a blast getting to work with them and collaborate in what I hope is a lovely, fluffy, smutty, Human Coffee Shop AU. Expect high fantasy, a spoilt cat called Oscar (after a certain famous writer, of course!) and a prize budgerigar making a fresh start. 

Title: Blends of Paradise

Relationships: Aziraphale/Crowley, Aziraphale/Lucifer (past), Gabriel/Beelzebub, Anathema Device/Newton Pulsifer, Madame Tracy/Sargent Shadwell. 

Rating: E (There will be smut. You have been warned!)

Warnings: Mentions of emotional abuse in a romantic relationship (told via flashbacks). Homophobia is also mentioned. A character has very low self esteem. 

Successful fantasy novelist Ezra A.Z. Fell has hit a snag in his latest book.  His hero, Sir Frederik of Del Hevela, lacks motivation, lacks a drive.  His agent suggests a love interest, which would be all well and good if love wasn’t dead.  Shitty ex-boyfriends will do that.  But a chance encounter at the Blends of Paradise coffee shop with barista Anthony J Crowley, a cartoonist and drag artist, starts to change his mind.  Will Ezra find his faith in love again? And will he, and Sir Frederik, find their happy ending?

Hello! This is a somewhat silly question, but: Who do you think would win in a fight, Neil Gaiman from the Simpsons, or Neil Gaiman from Arthur?

Probably the Neil Gaiman from The Simpsons. He has no conscience, after all, and plans many steps ahead. The Neil Gaiman from Arthur is basically just me, so would try and avoid a fight because people might get hurt, and both of the people are him.

Yeah, not true. When he was 26 he worked as a set dresser for softcore porn and it was depressing as Hell for him. He quit after a month (and he was given the job from a female friend who also quit) because he hated it. 

This idea he worked in porn comes from an very badly named interview where Jon talks about struggling to survive in L.A. The interview itself is great but the title (’my stint in porn’?? He talks about being a set dresser for like thirty seconds) is garbage.
