I can not tell you how many true false questions I have gotten right by using this

This is my first work after I gave up on art for two years.
The things I was thinking about was an true inner being.
An inner being is selfish, who is constantly seeking out what he or she wants. All and all, everything comes down to what it wants.
This greed I represented as a mouse. Ironically, it's a rather cute mouse, not an ugly one. It is surround by it's true intentions, not blended with the other colors.
The mouse was created with paper mache, cut out with arrows facing ->.
It's true intentions is what holding the inner being, or in this case, the mouse back from being influenced.

Tricks to make a fast healthy smoothie (5 minutes average)
Every morning, I've been making myself a smoothie before I drive to school.
How can a person have time to make a healthy, decent, smoothie in the amount of time they have before school starts?
It's all about prepping.
"Ain't nobody got time for that!"
Yes, yes you do have time for that.
1. Freeze your fruits.
You can buy frozen fruits from the supermarket in those little baggies, but you want the REAL STUFF. If you freeze your own fruits, you know what goes inside your body. You don't know what's inside those frozen bags of fruit.
I freeze fruits according to season or whenever they are in sale.
Peaches, blueberries, pineapples, strawberries, etc.
During the summer, your bananas brown faster due to the heat. Just peel your bananas and freeze them.
2. Keep everything together.
Yogurt, Lemon cayenne juice, milk, green tea. What ever liquids you put in your smoothie, keep them together, side by side, in the fridge.
3. Get your proportions right
When you are in a rush, you dump whatever into the blender. You then realize you made a serving for 4 people when your to go cup is overflowing.
This is my trick.
My mixer has measuring lines on it, so I try to keep everything under the 1/3 line. If you don't have measuring lines, guess-imate. This is for 1-2 servings.
*Specifically, this is my recipe into getting a right proportion for me.
One banana
2 handfuls of blueberries
2 big soup spoons of greek yogurt
1 small spoon of flax seeds
1 small spoon of orange blossom honey
Then get a bowl the size of your palm. Fill half of it with coconut water.
Then the other half with lemon cayenne cherry juice (bought from Costco).
Pour into blender. Then get a packet of matcha green tea, half a small spoon and mix with one full bowl of normal temperature water. Dump inside the blender.
Then blend away.
Pour in cup and add one tiny spoon of Chia Seeds (trader joes or Costco).
It took me practice to get from fifteen minutes to five minutes with the right proportions and all. If I can do it, so can you. So don't be lazy! You can eat healthy even in your morning school days.

The reason why I wanted to updated is because just using this alone won't help maintain the amount of oil on your face (obviously). Also, because I forgot to mention some things along with it. I've been testing out the different times (morning, night time, middle of the day, etc) it should be used.
1.Because of it's pH (or acidic level), there is a chance it can darken some spots on your face. There fore, you must you sun screen. I used to use the Skin Food's Peach Sake Sun screen in sp++ 32, but I switched over the Shiseido sun screen (the blue bottle one).
They are both chemical lotions, meaning once you blend it in your face, there is no white cast. You don't need a lot to cover your face, a little goes a long way. The amount I put is 2 small pea drops. I dot it around my face with my fingers before rubbing it in. The shiseido brand is more watery compare to the Skin Food one.
2. You should generally use sunscreen everyday. But if you want to lessen the chances of getting dark spots, use it before you go to bed. I usually shower before I go to bed, so I use a cotton pad and swipe it all over my face after blow drying my hair. After you let it try, put on your night cream.
If you don't have a toner for the morning, get the Burt's Bees one. Though I have to warn you, it does contain alcohol so use it carefully. Since they shut down the Skin Food's store in West Covina, I have to order Skin Food products online. It is expensive because it is asian import.
Breakfast Blueberry Banana Smoothie
1 Banana
1 Handful of ice
2 handfuls of frozen blueberries (nonfrozen is good too)
1 cup of Oikos Greek Yogurt in Plain (or just any greek yogurt in general. if it has fruit with it, no need for honey)
2 teaspoons of Orange Blossom Honey (I have the one with the pollen in it)
1 1/2 of soy milk in plain (i used silk)
1 Big spoonful of flax seeds
Directions.
Dump everything into the blender.
Turn the blender on till everything is liquid.
Done.
*makes about 2 servings (I just drink it all))
