In times such as these it is all too easy to distract myself rather than to allow the boredom —which occupies my every waking moment— to guide my mind towards new horizons. I have access to all known information at all times and yet I spend my hours consumed by mind numbing media that leaves me feeling under stimulated and empty. Days pass by like water from the sky. Time is soaked up by the Earth and I remain unchanged, unmoved, unfeeling. My days are spent consuming and yet I am left unfulfilled; hungry.
