"This isnt a project that you will be able to do the night before"
I made one of these things for Ohio.Ā Um, I donāt have a ton of followers, so I donāt know how popular this will be, but I hope you guys like it anyway.
If you only have a few minutes to learn about Ohio, youāre not going to find a better cheat sheet than this.Ā

tumblr will find a way to be offended about anything
itās breeding a generation of people who need to be coddled and protected from life, growing up believing that everyone should hold up a metaphorical sign saying āTRIGGER WARNINGā before anything that might be considered offensive (everything)
FINALLY SOMEONE SAID ITĀ
My best friend and I after homecoming. I'm on the right
Lunch: fried egg over tomato, bell pepper, avocado, onion and cilantro with peach sprinkled with cinnamon
Today, I ran much further and faster than I have been running recently. I thought couldn't do it, but I did. This made me realize done stuff. 1. I hate hard work/I'm lazy. When ever things get tough, I always want to quit. I need to have more of a "when the going gets tough, the tough get going" attitude 2. Natural talent can be a curse. I am extremely lucky to be a naturally talented student and violinist (my two main things). I've never had to work at these, which had left me with a hatred of work. This is rambly, but as a summary, I need to quit being lazy. I have massive goals for my life, and they aren't going to get done without some work.
the cow had me lolān
I don't understand how people (specifically some radical vegans) can argue that humans have not evolved to eat meat, and instead are meant to obtain sustenance solely through plants. It worries me that these people, who are so easily deluded by what is clearly not credible research, are out in the world.
Now I understand why we donāt have power. Northeast Ohio has gotten a lot of rain.
On Paleo
As previously mentioned, I recently took a break from eating paleo for 5 ish weeks. This break made me realize some things about the paleo lifestyle. First, the paleo/primal lifestyle is not easy when first starting. Itās not easy to find time or money for paleo meals. Itās not easy (at first) to turn down non-paleo food. Itās not easy to find time for slow cardio or 8 hours of sleep. Donāt feel discouraged if you mess up. Donāt feel discouraged if you canāt or wonāt do everything 100%. I never do paleo 100% correct. Second, the small price to pay for living a paleo lifestyle is worth it. You might have to sacrifice TV time to get a walk in or wake up earlier to make breakfast, but the end result is worth it. I have more energy, more mental clarity, and generally better health while eating paleo. Lastly, I love eating paleo and plan to continue doing so to the best of my ability for the rest of my life. Even if a genuine scientific study was published saying our Paleo ancestors ran a marathon every morning, sat on their butts the rest of the day, slept 3 hours a night, ate nothing but grains, and drank milk straight from the udders of cows, I would continue living paleo. A study/finding of that sort would only debunk calling the lifestyle paleo. It would not debunk the fact that living this way makes me and many other people feel great.
Guacamole, fresh veggies, a fresh coconut, and a documentary. Sounds like the ideal Friday night to me.
Dinner: roasted cauliflower, tomatoes, and garlic with spinach, mushrooms, onion, and Italian sausage (seasoned with garlic powder, thyme, oregano, and basil).
