sometimes the only closure you need is knowing that you had good intentions & a good heart..
We are all shedding old skins this year I can feel it in the air and I think although we all handle it differently - we are gonna come out a little lighter and feeling possible again

you can trade one partner for another, one friend for another, one city for another, and still you have the same internal work to do. That’s what you are left with, yourself, the work, and the way it all connects to everything and everyone you have ever encountered.
“Let someone love you the way you are - as flawed as you might be, as unattractive as you sometimes feel, and as unaccomplished as you think you are. To believe that you must hide all the parts of you that are broken, out of fear that someone else is incapable of loving what is less than perfect, is to believe that sunlight is incapable of entering a broken window and illuminating a dark room.”

“There is no reset button in life. You can’t take anything back, and you can’t undo anything. All of your actions have consequences, and the things you say and do today will have a lasting impact on the rest of your life. You have to understand that, and you have to be aware of it while making both small and big decisions throughout your day.”

How to Rebuild After Breaking
Let the pain teach you, not define you. Be honest about what hurt. Give yourself time. Then more time. Prioritize an intentional daily routine. Reconnect with what makes you feel alive. Lean into your friendships. Don’t go back to what broke you. Make protecting your peace your priority. Start small. Start soft. But, by any means, start.
