Gonna be real my depression/aniexty has been getting the best of me lately. So I finally said fuck it you gotta get back in beast mode and start moving around doing workout/dance whatever. So did my first one in like a week I believe. With my son being home for a while now learning remotely I been letting myself go cause I’m stressed out by end of day and need a break so I just read instead of this but I’m back and I refuse to let everything get to me. To me it isn’t about losing weight per say. It’s bout getting back something I do for just me, at the end of the day I have to take care of myself mentally and physically to be able to be there for my family. So this is me trying to make staying healthy fun and to just get back me. I have lost me and it isn’t a good feeling. Here’s to all the stay at home moms/wife and dads/husbands who stay home and here all the time you don’t have a real job, you must sit on your ass all day. We have the hardest job of all that doesn’t pay we are taking care of our children (the next generation) we are feeding them, making sure their homework is done, cleaning up after them (til they can help) we take care of their booboos and wipe their noses and hold their hands when they are scared, we help them deal with the everyday problems they face, we com, clean, organize appointments (drs,ect) we take them to their sports/dance games whatnot, we don’t get sick time or holiday time. Our job isn’t really ever done it’s 24/7 and it’s hard and stressful and it matters it what helps keep the glue together while our spouse work to be able to provide for us and our children and their job is hard too and long no job is without their ups and downs (let’s normalize being stay at home parent/spouse and or working parent they both are important) we all need time and breaks to ourselves, here’s to me getting that. I know my body/mind will appreciate it and whoever wants to come on this journey let’s do it together (no matter distant) we can lean on each other and be healthy together!!
Wednesday-9/7 workout number one today~ 40 minutes of just dance!
