đ¸ 100 calorie spaghetti đ¸
Hey guys c:
I thought Iâd share my recipe for spaghetti in tomato sauce with you which Iâm absolutely in love with. I can finally enjoy some spaghetti without regretti (Iâm sorry).
I hope you enjoy it as well!
It makes one serving and itâs only 98 calories in total!
Ingredients
200g shirataki noodles (you can get those in Asian supermarkets) ~19 kcal
5g garlic ~7 kcal
70g onion ~20 kcal
200g diced tomatoes ~50 kcal
some seasoning (I added salt, pepper, chili, frozen basil & parsley) ~2 kcal
Instruction
Rinse your shirataki noodles and put them into a non-stick frying pan. Donât add anything else yet, we want to dry the noodles a bit to get rid of their rubber-ish texture.
In the meantime you can dice the onions and mince the garlic.
When the noodles start to shrink, you can add the garlic and the onions. Stir it from time to time and be careful to not burn them!
I usually take half of the tomatoes and blend them with an immersion blender so the sauce will be a bit creamier. I then mix the diced tomatoes and the blended ones together and add the seasoning.
When the onions start to turn a bit yellow/brown-ish you can add the sauce.
Let it cook for about 4 minutes and youâre done!
I hope you guys enjoy the recipe as well! I also made a 100 calorie stir-fry recipe.
embarrassing but inspiring, exactly a year apart 147lbs in summer 17 vs 111lbs in summer 18 *this is me pls dont steal w/o permission*
Skinny Recipe
One of my favorite meals that is 200 cals and under and tastes like dessert!
You need:
½ dry instant oats-150 1 Tbsp strawberry jam- 50 cals Ÿ cup of water or unsweetened almond milk
Combine oatmeal and water/milk. microwave for 1 minute, Stir in table spoon of strawberry jam and microwave for 15 more seconds.
It is 200 cals exactly and tastes like strawberry shortcake. Definitely great for curbing dessert cravings.Â
*disclaimer if you use almond milk you add 8 cals so that would technically be over 200 cals but its still good and keeps you full for pretty much all day.Â
Lazy ana snacks and meals
Rice Rolls đťÂ these are super yummy and only 37.5 calories each
Enlightened salted caramel ice cream bars đť theyâre only 60 calories and they taste sooooo good
apples and oranges đťÂ these fruits are known to be very satiating plus theyâre generally low cal
natures promise 40 calorie bread đťÂ yes, 40 calories a slice, SO GOOD
air popped popcorn đťÂ a cup is around 35 calories and itâs pretty filling
egg white omelet đťÂ if you use 2 egg whites itâs only around 40 calories
sugar free jello đťÂ 5 cals per container. enough said.
sugar free popsicles đťÂ only 15 calories and they help satisfy junk food cravings
baked sweet potato fries đťÂ okay so I make this a lot and itâs around 120 calories depending on the size of the potato, i cut it up into fry shapes and donât use oil then season with salt and pepper
low cal pb&j đťÂ i highly recommend this if you love peanut butter. i use 2 slices of 40 calorie bread, 1 serving of powdered peanut butter, and a tbsp of no sugar added jelly. this comes out to only 160 calories!
mac n cheese cup đťÂ alright, i know this is not the healthiest, but hear me out. one cup is 220 calories and if youâre craving junk this helps so much!
turkey sandwich đťÂ 2 slices of 40 cal bread, 1-2oz of low sodium turkey breast, light mayo, and a teeny bit of dijon for flavor (only 1 cal, but optional). this totals to about 160 calories depending on the amount of mayo used
p.s. please suggest any other foods that you recommend :)
Replace the 40cal break with while lettuce leaves and roll it up for the turkey sandwich. It saves you 80cal and a ton of mayo since the lettuce doesnât soak it up. I make them all the time and you can have 2 for the same calories as 1 bread sandwich.
banana blueberry bark - 123

Youâre a genius finally someone to teach me how to make some food
35 kcal mini pancakes đĽ (each, makes 3)
Pancakes, ingredients:
water (15 gr / 1 tbsp )
gluten free flour (25 gr / 3 1/8 tbsp )
Iâm gluten intolerant but the gluten free flour can be substituted with every flour you prefer
vanilla extract
1 egg white
yeast (2 or 3 gr / ½ or ž tsp)
and sweetener Stevia
Suggestions:
If the dough is too liquid add few more grams of flour, if it is too dry add more water.
Taste the dough to see if it is enough sweet
âNutellaâ ingredients:
unsweetened cocoa powder
(I usually use less than 1 gram - ½ tsp but you can add more cocoa if you want, cause is a tiny portion).
water
(add water gradually until you reach the perfect texture, more water you will add and more the âNutellaâ will be liquid, so be careful)
and sweetener Stevia
Some Weight Watchers IG accounts that I follow have been posting a bunch of stuff about this âtwo ingredient doughâ so I figured Iâd try it out.
I made my own bagels with ½ cup self-rising flour, ½ cup non-fat plain Greek yogurt, a little salt, and then everything bagel seasoning from TJâs. Bake them in the oven at 450 for 15-20 minutes. They were pretty good as part of my breakfast sandwich.
One of these bagels are 3sp on the WW Freestyle plan and 130 calories. I see why WW people are crazy about them, theyâre a lot lower in points than regular bagels you would buy at the store. But if youâre just counting calories, itâs really an extra effort that I donât think is worth the extra 100 or so calories. But to each their own.
I might try making this into pretzel bites or pizza dough sometime!
130 calories for this recipe!
Ingredients: 1 tablespoon flour 1 tablespoon sweetener 1 tablespoon water
How to: Mix the ingredients together until you get a smooth batter. Put it in the microwave for 60 seconds and enjoy! Itâs nice and fluffy and warm and I just love it. You can add cinnamon, lemon, cocoa powder, really whatever you want. Itâll probably add a few calories though.
Really comforting and safe, I felt a lot better after eating it (I was having a panic attack and was about to binge).
I was going to submit this to @star-ana-low-cal-recipes but it kept failing so whoops here ya go.
DISCLAIMER:: I am not a pro ana blog, I fully support recovery. Iâm just trying to make myself food to eat without feeling panicky afterwards and having the potential to hurt myself out of guilt. I know a lot of other people go through the same, so I wanted to share and help them.

~recipe~
1 package of miracle noodles (0 cal)
2 tbsp of Panda Express orange sauce (70 cal)
optional: 1 cup/91g broccoli (31 cal)
~directions~
Prepare noodles as stated on the package. If you want broccoli with your noodles, put it in a pan with a spray of oil (this should be zero cals) and stir fry the broccoli. Cook till desired softness. Next, pour the sauce on the noodles, stir, add broccoli, stir some more and youâre done! With broccoli the recipe will have slightly more cals, about 100. Enjoy!

34 calorie apple pie pancake recipe
HELLO Y'ALL, since my low cal pizza recipe was a success i decided to post another one of my go-to recipes!
Disclaimer: i do not encourage eating disorders, i am not a nutritionist whatsoever, but i have studied nutrition for five years so iâll give you some tips to curb cravings without guilt
Another disclaimer: i did not steal this recipe, i was fucking around in the kitchen one day and found this gem and after a while i decided to post it here :)
ok so first of all youâll need
1 tbsp of sweetener (0 cal)
2 tbsp of flour (52 cal)
2 tbsp of oats (76 cal)
1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar (5 cal)
0.3 tsp of cinnamon (3 cal)
0.3 tsp of ginger (3 cal)
5 tbsp water (0 cal)
After mixing all dry ingredients add the wet ones (i usually eyeball this part but by measuring it should be around 5/6 tbsp of water and depending on how strong is the apple taste of your vinegar you may want to change the measurements a bit)
it should have this consistency
then cook them like normal pancakes, by flipping them when u see bubbles on the surface
if you donât use oil donât forget to use a non-stick pan or else youâll just have a giant delicious mess
and voila! as you can see, theyâre super easy to make and totally guilt-free!
the whole batch is just 137 cal, so one pancake is just 34 calories!
now, for the useful tips:
oats have a little bit more calories but since they have a lot of fiber theyâll make you feel full for longer
when you restrict a lot your insulin levels are all fucked up, so please, if you have 50 spare calories, swap the sweetener for real sugar, it will give you a bit of energy and curb the sugar craving while still being rly low cal overall
binges happen bc you lose control over ur cravings, so to take the power away from food try incorporating everyday some foods that you usually crave (e.g. since i often crave sweet stuff and pizza i eat these pancakes and my low cal pizza basically everyday), since i started doing this i havenât basically binged!! (and iâm bulimic so⌠yeah that says a lot)
