Did my first year-end reviews ever

And both of my direct reports, unprompted, shared how much they've grown under my leadership, and that they wanted to continue working with me on exactly what we're working on, because they love our little team. Both are contractors we're trying to move to full-time, and both said they would turn down a full-time position if it meant leaving our team.

This is my first time managing, and I feel like I'm acing it.
