day 12: what do you normally eat?

i don't have anything i "normally eat" i kinda just eat except i don't eat more than 100 calories in a sitting (sometimes i go a little over that but i always stay under 200 in a sitting or else i feel disgusting) and if i eat more than 400-500 calories in a day i also feel disgusting lol

tbh it's very telling that when you tell people about your eating disorder, at least in my experience, that the first thing they usually try to tell you is "you'll go into starvation mode and keep your weight" or "when you eat normally again you'll gain all the weight back" instead of trying to actually help

Imagine wearing those cute crop tops in the summer at the beach with your friends and. being confident to show your flat and beautiful stomach, and having all your friends envy you. Imagine the bomb effortless instagram photos you could take because now you aren’t fat and people will actually find you pretty.

that is ALL within your reach. Just lose those pounds in the next few months.

day 10: what was the hardest thing you gave up during this weight loss?

it's a bit of a conflict, but i used to love food. i liked baking and i enjoyed eating out and i loved cheesecake and cookies. i was such a sweets person.

i'm equally happy and distressed that i hate food now, that i can't eat even a little slice of apple pie without breaking down. i don't want to bake anymore because it depresses me. i lost a part of myself, i guess
