What it is meant to do: -standout -help to find buyers

What it looks like now: -3 basic forms -different design -almost never obvious/notable -never original -civil

Problems I found (by observing and talking with house owners): -It does not stand out -When you find a house that is for sale it will still be a hussel to view the house or even get in contact with the real estate agent

Creating a concept:

Question: How to change the ’sign’ so it excually does what it is meant to do

Message: This house is for sale

Idea: Create a new medium that will tell you a house is for sale, makes it easy for people to come in contact with the real estate agent and makes it easy to get more information about the house in a few seconds.
