Kickoff Match: Rob Van Dam vs. Cesaro
Can Cesaro fall down anymore. Ever since he lost Paul Heyman, Cesaro can't win a match at all. It truly is amazing that the Superstar I felt was unstoppable with Heyman can't win a match anymore. Rob Van Dam seems to be in the same "territory" as well when it comes to wins and losses, but Van Dam's role is actually to help get Superstars over. This match was just thrown together. Personally, I'd rather see a United States Championship Match or a Tag Team Title Match, but this will still be a solid bout. I'm going to go with Van Dam to win this match. Until Cesaro can actually win a contest, I'm not going to pick him.
Chris Jericho vs. Bray Wyatt
Since Chris Jericho defeated Bray Wyatt at Battleground, the Wyatt family have definitely gotten the upper hand on the future WWE Superstar. After all, the Wyatt's brutally attacked Jericho in the locker room the night after Battleground, and during a match Y2J had against Seth Rollins. Jericho later managed to get back some momentum as he defeated Luke Harper and Erick Rowan to ban them from ringside for this matchup. Since that, the two have been in a war of words. At Battleground, I predicted Jericho would defeat Bray only to have the "Eater of the Worlds" win at SummerSlam as it is the second biggest pay per view of the year, and I'm standing by that. There is no reason at all that Bray should lose this match. He needs a victory in order to have one more quality win under his belt. I then expect this rivalry to continue in one more match at the next pay per view to see who is the best between these two.
Flag Match: Jack Swagger vs. Rusev
I've said it before and I'll say it again, I absolutely love this feud. Currently, these two Superstars are 1-1 against each other as Rusev defeated Swagger by count out at Battleground, and Swagger defeated Rusev via disqualification on an episode of Main Event. So, the question is, what Superstar and country will stand tall with their flag rising up to the rafters, Swagger or Rusev? This is actually a really difficult match to predict when looking at it. Where do each of these Superstars go if they lose? If Swagger loses, I just have the feeling that he will once again be lost in the shuffle. However, if he wins, he could then have a chance at the Intercontinental Title match or an United States Championship match. Where would Rusev go if he loses? Basically, all of the things he and Lana have said about Russia being better is all lost, and he may need to battle against someone that's not as superior as he is to get back momentum he once had. However, if he wins, he could challenge for the United States Title as well which would be intriguing. Also, he would still have yet to be defeated by pinfall or submission. Thinking about it, I'm going to go with Rusev. The WWE needs to continue building new and heel Superstars, and Rusev is one of the top heels in the company right now. Also, the United States Title needs a push, and I feel Rusev can better do that right now. As far as Swagger goes, I just hope he doesn't fall back to midcard purgatory and can continue doing the good work he's doing right now.
Roman Reigns vs. Randy Orton
Roman Reigns cost Randy Orton a chance at the WWE World Heavyweight Championship making this feud personal which, by the way, is always a good thing. As of right now, everyone seems to be on the Roman Reigns bandwagon. However, I am one of the few who have yet to join that bandwagon. I don't know what it is, but I have yet to connect with the former Shield member. But, this match could make that go all away. This match should be very physical. I want to see that psychotic viper to have Reigns in deep trouble until Reigns can somehow turn the tide. This match has a chance to steal the show, so I have high expectations for this. As far as my prediction goes, I'm going to go with Reigns as the WWE needs to continue with his momentum so that he can continue his climb up the WWE ladder. I also expect this rivalry to continue and maybe culminate at Hell in a Cell.
Lumberjack Match: Dean Ambrose vs. Seth Rollins
This rivalry has been boiling for months, and we are finally going to see these two collide. The one thing I don't like about this match is the fact that it is a Lumberjack Match. To me, a Lumberjack Match is sort of lame. In fact, there is not one Lumberjack Match that stands out as they all seem unmemorable. Maybe this will be the one Lumberjack Match that will be memorable for a long time. If it were me, I would have either made this a Steel Cage Match or a Falls Count Anywhere Match as those two matches both make sense to the story, but I digress. At Battleground, Dean Ambrose attacked Seth Rollins before their scheduled matching forcing COO Triple H to kick Ambrose out of the arena, and thus allowing Rollins to win via forfeit. After the "match," Ambrose again attacked Rollins in the parking lot. This feud has just been made of brawls, and I expect this match to be a flat out fight. Like the Reigns and Orton match as well as most other matches on this card, this match could steal the show. Dean Ambrose, the crazed lunatic, I think will win this match. Ambrose needs this match more because Rollins already has the Money in the Bank contract and is teamed up with the Authority. If you look at the three members of the Shield, Reigns has one big matches against big time Superstars, Rollins won Money in the Bank and has defeated some big time Superstars, but Ambrose has not yet. In order to put the three on about the same pedestal, Ambrose should win this match. I can also see this rivalry continue throughout the next few months.
Brie Bella vs. Stephanie McMahon
Brie Bella and Stephanie McMahon main evented two straight RAW's. I'll say that again Brie Bella and Stephanie McMahon main evented two straight RAW's. In the history of Monday Night RAW, when has two Divas segments/matches main evented Raw in consecutive weeks? I don't think it's ever happened. This story is definitely compelling as these two Divas flat out hate each other. Brie Bella embarrassed Stephanie by sending her to jail after the Principal Owner of WWE slapped the former Diva. The following week, Brie forced Stephanie to hire her back and made a match between the two at SummerSlam. Two weeks ago, Stephanie Pedigreed Nikki and Brie Bella during a contract signing. This past week, Stephanie brought in Daniel Bryan's personal trainer who claimed to have had an affair with the "YES Superstar." As a result, Brie slapped the trainer, and then was forced into prison because the trainer pressed charges. I've thoroughly enjoyed the build up for this match as we've been leading up to this for months and months. I expect this match to have a lot of shenanigans as I'm sure Triple H and Nikki Bella will get involved in this match somehow. Who knows, we may even see Daniel Bryan get involved too. Through all of that, for some reason, I'm going to go with Stephanie McMahon to win this match. I wouldn't be surprised at all to see Nikki betray her sister and join the Authority. After all, she may be upset that as a result of her sister quitting, she had to receive the punishment for it. If Nikki betrays Brie, we have another solid Divas rivalry going on for the next few months. Plus, we may see another Stephanie-Brie match down the line as well. This match will certainly be very interesting.

Intercontinental Championship Match: The Miz (c) vs. Dolph Ziggler
This rivalry started at Battleground when the Miz stayed out of the ring during a Battle Royal for the Intercontinental Championship for most of the match. Dolph Ziggler appeared to have won the Royal until the Miz snuck in from behind and eliminated "The Showoff." The following night on RAW, these two had a tremendous match which saw Ziggler picking up the victory. Since that match, the two have basically distracted each other during several matches. I'm really enjoying The Miz and his new Hollywood gimmick. He definitely is much better as a heel than as a face. As for Ziggler, he seems to be stuck in the same place he has been for the last year. Also, it seems like every big match Ziggler is in, he can't get the job done. So, I'm going with the Miz because of that reason. I don't know what it is, but Ziggler can never get his way to the top and I don't think that will change at SummerSlam.
Divas Championship Match: AJ Lee (c) vs. Paige
This is another Divas rivalry with a ton of steam around it.These two have been battling for a couple of months now, and they've both really shown a very aggressive side. Paige knocked AJ off the stage and into a camera a couple of weeks ago on Smackdown, and delivered a wicked Paige Turner this past Friday. Speaking of this past Friday, AJ absolutely went crazy on Paige as she slammed the challenger's head into the barricade many times. Also, she beat up Eva Marie pretty bad this past Monday night after Paige cost her a match. Before my prediction, I just want to say that I'm very happy the company is focusing on the Divas division a lot, and is telling us some very good stories in the division. I am hoping they continue that and the Divas division continues to get stronger and stronger. As far as my prediction goes, I can't see Paige regaining the Title after she just lost it about a month ago. I'm going to go with AJ which may lead to a match against, dare I say it, Eva Marie at the next pay per view. If it were up to me, I wish we could see a AJ-Natalya story, but right now Natalya seems to be busy on NXT. Another interesting duo would be AJ and Stephanie McMahon. However, I highly doubt Stephanie will come back as a full time wrestler. Nevertheless, AJ will be victorious in this match.
WWE World Heavyweight Championship Match: John Cena (c) vs. Brock Lesnar
It is the "Biggest Fight of the Summer." WWE World Heavyweight Champion will face Brock Lesnar in what should be a physical, outstanding match. The last time these two met at Extreme Rules in 2012, Brock Lesnar absolutely pummeled John Cena. Even though Cena picked up the victory, I have never seen Cena so vulnerable in a match before. I was absolutely shocked how much he got destroyed in that match. Brock Lesnar is terrifying. He is one man that I would never ever want to meet in a dark alley as he would destroy me in about five seconds. Cena has said that this is his toughest test in his history in the WWE, and I truly believe that. Since his return, Lesnar has destroyed Shawn Michaels by breaking his arm, Triple H by breaking both his arms, Mark Henry, Big Show and, of course, the Undertaker. By defeating Undertaker at WrestleMania XXX and snapping the 21-0 undefeated streak, Brock Lesnar has become the top Superstar in the company. By top, I mean a victory against him will make you become one of the biggest Superstars in the company right now. Right now, I don't think anyone in the business can defeat Lesnar. I think Cena will come very close, but Lesnar is too strong for Cena. As a result, I'm picking Brock Lesnar to become the new WWE World Heavyweight Champion. I don't think this will be the last match we will see between these two as I'm sure we will have a series of matches, but after that, I don't honestly know who Lesnar could feud with. I don't think anyone is ready for this beast of a man aside from Cena. It certainly will be interesting to see who, if anyone can step up to Lesnar. The WWE is about to change at SummerSlam as an unstoppable man will become the new Champion.
