Struck out and had to bite the resale bullet but I had to have these! Pictures do not do this sneaker justice! The materials and color blocking on this sneaker is spot on!

Just finished seeing Ready Player One in IMAX 3D and loved it!

At first I was like… wait… they are taking a COMPLETELY different direction from the book and had a moment of anger… And then I was like wait… that means I have no idea whats going to happen next and as soon as I realized that and settled in for the ride I was entranced. I highly recommend reading the book AFTER seeing the movie for a completely different experience.

My prediction is that in 20-30 years they will reboot the Ready Player Series and make the 1st book into a trilogy that follows more of the book :) I can’t wait!

Never read the book and going into the movie I was very skeptical. When I heard of the film during their panel last year at SDCC I was worried the film would rely to heavily on the cultural references.

Even leading up to the release trailers did nothing for me and the parody posters rubbed me the wrong way.

However, I found this film to be highly enjoyable to the point that I’ve seen it multiple times (something that has not happened since Star Wars Episode 7). 

The film is visually beautiful and a great example of this was seen in the opening race sequence. So much going on and what made it even better was the fact that the only sounds that occurred during the scene was only the sound effects. No background music or anything.

When I pre-ordered these the first time around my biggest regret was not grabbing another. These are EASILY my favorite Yeezy model that’s yet to release! So happy I was able to scoop another pair this past weekend!
