This is the best scene in the entirety of IZ imo it’s literally perfect
according to the staff commentary for this episode, the script actually called for heavy traffic to be rushing past Dib and Zim in this scene, which is why they’re shouting at each other, and you can even still sort of hear the sound effects but then, for whatever reason, in the finished episode they just forgot the cars

The chimera I designed for our new LEGO show. I cannot express how much of a labor of love this was. It took over 100 hours just to design, let alone build and is one of the largest and most complex sculptures I’ve done.
Fun fact: This model used every single LEGO color available in standard brick.

Seize the Day was a calendar program made by in 1994 by Buena Vista software. It features graphics that at the time, were revolutionary because of the way they handled color cycling. These images were static bitmaps, but by changing color values, they appear animated. What is also impressive about these images is that they had full day night cycles built in, rendered also through color cycling. A few years ago, a html5 version was made. A copy was uncovered online and there is a way to use the program through DOSbox. As well, one of the original programmers for the project, Iam Gilman, has thought of the idea of remaking it, open sourced, for modern machines.

I don’t play much video games but Super Smash Bros. is fascinating to me because it’s a fighting game but the roster is this nutty mishmash of bounty hunters, furries, JRPG protagonists and cartoon characters, and Super Smash Bros. Ultimate just takes the frickin cake:
a plumber, his brother, their pet dinosaur, a gorilla in a necktie, a boxer, psychic children, mountain climbers, an astronaut and his sentient plant slaves, adorable robots, Anime Harry Potter, a farting biker, the same plumber but in doctor cosplay, two vampire hunters and a yoga instructor, CHOOSE YOUR FIGHTER
