I've come to the realization and decision that setting aside an hour a day to stretching/exorcising is not nearly as daunting as it was at the beginning of this year. At first, it was five minutes, and then ten, and then twenty. An hour isn't a huge leap anymore because I'm not going from zero to a hundred. And to be honest? Time seems to go way quicker than I expected. Like, there's a few stretches that seem to go on for minutes instead of seconds, but a twenty minute workout no longer feels like it'll kill me
