Heyo, if you didn’t see my last post go check it out, if you did this is the 10 dance workout i was talking out about, even almost all of you have probably heard out her it’s by Pamela Reif. I’m in LOVE with all her workouts, i normally do her dance ones since i like to have a little fun while working out, but i do change my workouts weekly, except for the butt workout, i keep that one all month then change it! This one is a little less intense than the butt workout although the end I would say is the most intense, this one contains jumping so if you don’t feel like like jumping, you could just modify it and walk instead of jumping!

In case anyone wanted to know what workout i did this week it’s a butt workout and a dance workout. The butt workout is 12 minutes long and the dance workout is 10 minutes long. The video above is the butt workout i will post the dance in a separate post. The butt workout is by getfitbyivana! Enjoy it’s very intense so be prepared, allthough i would not have it any other way, this workout has grown my butt so much in just 2 weeks i am so shocked and amazed, i STRONGLY recommend. Hey guys, i just wanted to tell you guys that my twitter account has just been blocked from what i guess is a glitch, but as soon as it is unblocked i will let you guys know, i am telling you all this i case you were wondering why I’m not posting anything there it’s because I can’t. Anyways on to good news i have just finished editing my YouTube video it should be up sometime around this week or next week. I just want you all to know how hard I’m trying to upload frequently I do have a lot going on with my book, YouTube channel, posting on here, don’t worry though I would not have it any other way, i love how busy i am. So, back to the bad news, the wattpad book update might not be on Friday i will tryby Saturday or Sunday, I know i said it would be out by Friday, but i’m just going throuh writers block unfortunately. I feel like a horrible writer, but guys please give me break i have a bunch of tests and exams coming up and i’m really drained, but it kinda feels good, whatever. That’s all the news going on today fols hope you have/had a good night/morning/evening i wuv you guys so much!

Put God First in Your Life!

I just worked out and i just wanted to come here to tell you guys about the miracle i just experienced. This whole week I've been doing two back- to- back workouts for the first time ever, for me and they were so hard for me to do i almost felt like giving up i listen to music from the workout video, but today i don’t know why i wanted to listen to a gospel podcast, i clicked on one and the pastor told me to bring God into my everyday life, so i did i brought God with me to my workout, i was feeling very unmotivated, but i listened anyway, before each exercise started i said “ God, please help me to do this” and “ God, please list this weight off my shoulder” now i won’t lie, the workout did like sting a little, but they days before were so much worse after i finished the workout i wasn't that tired and i look to my body and realise that i was sweating like crazy way more than my normal sweat, dripping down my arms and legs i had just realised what had just happened and thanked God. When you bring God to your everyday life, He will do great things. So go on spread the Word of the Lord and glorify in His Name!
