Been pretty inactive here. Part of the inactivity is I have been really busy with work and new projects. One of these new projects has been I have been teaching myself to 3D model and 3D print. I built a Prusa I3 Mk2s and have been spending a lot of time prototyping things. Here is one of those projects. I found a rack at Goodwill that is supposed to go into a microwave oven. Up until now I have been jamming it into my picture molding as an organizer for my winter gear but occasionally it would leap off the wall and at me when I tried to get something off of it so I designed and printed this hook to latch into the picture molding and slats for the rack to drop into. I accidentally made a fidget spinner... I was messing with some magnets for a machine idea I had and because, you know, 'how do they work'? Found a little mole stuck in the bike lane on Interstate. It kept trying to dig into the dirt between the concrete barriers but it was never going fit into those cracks. There was no dirt for a quarter of a mile in either direction so I rode up the hill and found a cup to let it crawl into.
