I dunno why i’ve never thought about it till now, but Renna’s Rise is obviously Rennala’s own tower. Renna is just her family’s shorthand name for her, either when she was a princess or as a show of familial familiarity.

And the fact that the Snow Witches getup is there has me thinking one of two possibilities;

Rennala posed as the Snow Witch in disguise to nurture Ranni’s interest in magic. This is helpfully evidenced by the hat that covers the face quite well and would’ve allowed Rennala to be more subtle and disguised.

Rennala had the Snow Witch disposed of because she was leading Ranni down a cold dark path, despite that path leading Ranni to a moon of her own.

Or secret third option, the snowy crone was Rennala’s secret girlfriend and Radagon found out about her and thats why he left Rennala. But Rennala kept her girl’s fit to remember her by. Sad yuri.

Biblically accurate Technophilia?

I made a post a while back about how I have this theory that all the Soulsborne games are in the same universe or timeline. Well here is a VERY slimmed down version of that theory's proposed timeline.

1. Demon's Souls, brings the Demons into the universe

2. Dark Souls Trilogy, Age of Fire, Age of Darkness, blah blah blah.

3. Elden Ring, new lands, same problems: Outer Gods being pretentious dickheads, Sekiro is happening too in the background

4. Bloodborne, Welcome To London, this time we got monsters and the Moon is being a dick now.

5. Armored Core, i know i know, not a Souls-Like but it's funny to imagine, I'm not actually serious about this one. Probably.

Gonna reblog this later with a more proper timeline, specifically xonsisting of my Dark Souls and Elden Ring character, which I will edit as I play more souls games. And I'll even make a webcomic of them. Maybe.
