Eu evito falar desse tipo de coisa mas esse final de semana aconteceu uma coisa que me revoltou demais e eu senti que eu precisava falar sobre isso. Aos que tem acompanhado, nos últimos meses eu mudei meus hábitos, comecei a correr, ir pra academia e nesse tempo houve uma mudança significativa para mim, tanto fisicamente quanto emocionalmente. Mas ainda escuto as pessoas me julgarem por eu ser gorda, eu nunca me importei com o fato de ser fora do padrão imposto pela sociedade, eu sempre me senti confortável na minha própria pele e isso é o mais importante, mas como ninguém é de ferro, obviamente algumas vezes escutar esse tipo de comentário machuca bastante, só que com o tempo eu aprendi que não devemos mudar quem somos porque as pessoas não nos aceitam da forma que somos. Seu tamanho não é o que te define. Ser gordo não significa não ser saudável. Então eu aprendi a ignorar comentários que não fossem construtivos. E eu também decidi mudar, não porque as pessoas me julgavam, mas porque veio de mim mesma... eu tive ajuda? Sim, tive (pode entrar @jess_anthonye) e ainda tenho, e sou grata demais por ter pessoas me incentivando. Mas o que quero dizer nesse post é: seja você mesmo independente do que os outros pensam, independente do tamanho que você veste, e se você decidir que é hora de mudar, que essa mudança venha de dentro de você independente do motivo, pois a decisão de mudança é única e exclusivamente sua.
