If you can't find anyone there's always option of distracting yourself until you find someone who can help. I recommend picking up new hobbies these can help you find ppl, being in nice community is usually good for mental!

So basically Isaac's mom and dad got a divorce, Isaac's mom started hearing voices and thought it was the voice of God himself and blindly obeyed the voices and took away all of Isaac's belongings, his drawings, his toys, and his clothes. Then the voice told her that isaac still was not pure and then told her to kill isaac to prove her devotion to god. In ending 1 the Bible flies off the self and kills mom (divine intervention) and the other endings usually are just cutscenes that unlock a new item but the ending 10 i think is the one with isaac suffocating to death in the empty toy chest (blue baby aka ??? Is just a dead isaac that suffocated to death) also all the characters that are playable are just isaac playing dress up for example Magdalen is isaac dressing like his mom and azazel is how isaac views himself (as a demon, a monster) there's a lot more but thats the basic gist of it :D

Lilith is actually really good in greed mode because of the box of the friends that she spawns with so you can just stay in the room and not exit to keep doubling your familiars (it resets when you leave the room) and tainted lilith is just an overall fun character (same with normal lilith due to the challenge of only having familiars deal damage)
