Wall placement tool.
This tool helps level designers by accelerating the placement of wall panels and pillars. The designer inputs the art assets and a guiding line, and the tool does the rest.

Please remain seated: Fly flight control.
Please remain seated was a simple point and click Adventure prototype made for the Global Game Jam.
This video shows the BOID system we used in the fly, this system allowed us to swing from (annoying) procedural flight paths to scripted ones smoothly. While idle, the fly picks random spots in between the player and his focal point to buzz back and forth in circles. Once the player looks at some trigger element the fly swaps smoothly into a “goal driven” scripted path. The game design and story was written by Christian Sears, and the audio design was made by Leo Perantoni.

Adventurers Needed, System’s Layers and Data travel scheme. Vancouver Film School graduation.
Core system I designed for our digital board game brought to life called Adventurers Needed.
Designed to receive data from various mobiles devices and cast them into a single computer for the display of the player’s turns. The pipeline uses that data to process interactive game events to finally render them for the player to see.

Step by step on Adventurers Needed Board composition, Lightning and Post processing.
Top image was manipulated by the artist to become a sample of our “turn standby” filter. His steps are noted in the picture.
Bottom image is our final post processing shader. Build by implementing the necessary equations to recreate his steps in photoshop.
This was a first attempt to mimic oil painting technique in Photoshop using the mixer brush.
This render was a post processing experiment. The point of it was to use data from the rendered scene’s various aspects, and mix them into an artistic looking post processing filter in blender.
