Day 1
B r e a k f a s t:
1 cup coffee or tea (caffeinated)
1 slice bread or toast (whole wheat is best)
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1/2 grapefruit
L u n c h:
1 cup coffee or tea (caffeinated)
1 slice of toast (whole wheat is best)
1/2 cup of tuna
D i n n e r:
3 oz any type of meat
1 cup green beans
1/2 banana
1 small apple
1 cup vanilla ice cream
Day 2
B r e a k f a s t:
1 egg (cooked however you like)
1 slice of toast
1/2 banana
L u n c h:
1 cup cottage cheese
1 hard boiled egg
5 saltine crackers
D i n n e r:
2 hot dogs (without bun)
1 cup broccoli
1/2 cup carrots
1/2 banana
1/2 cup vanilla ice cream
Day 3
B r e a k f a s t:
5 saltine crackers
1 slice cheddar cheese
1 small apple
L u n c h:
1 hard boiled egg (or however you like)
1 slice of toast
D i n n e r:
1 cup tuna
1/2 banana
1 cup vanilla ice cream

Hello lovelies! My birthday is the 8th, and I’ve decided that I want to fast until I eat a slice of my birthday cake. So, I want to fast for about 1 and 3/4 days. The thing is, I’m bad at fasting for anything longer than 6 hours. Basically, I was wondering if any of you would be willing to help me through the next couple days? I’m kind of looking for an ana buddy, but in this case, its more of a fasting buddy. Any help would be great, thank you guys so much! Stay safe lovelies ♡

Bean Pizza In A Cup
- 3 to 4 tbsp mixed beans or beans of your choice
- Your favorite pizza toppings (mushrooms, peppers, pepperoni, etc.)
- Some spices of your choice
- 1 tbsp marinara/pasta sauce
- 1 tbsp cheese
- Microwave 1 minute

Microwave Cake ♡
- 1 egg white (17 cal)
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder (20 cal)
- 1 tbsp 0 cal sweetener
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tbsp applesauce (4 cal)
- A splash of almond milk if you need to thin it out a bit (2 cal)
Mix together all ingredients in a bowl or mug. Microwave 1 min. Enjoy!
Total: 43 cal
I just drank 700 mL of water and a cup of tea and I feel great! I’ve started the Double Up Double Down Diet again, since I lost a good amount of weight the first time. Stay safe lovelies ♡
