I always think it's sad how I can't find anything purely Gryffindor in the Gryffindor tag on here. It's all about all the four houses or you can find slytherin stuff and ravenclaw stuff but nothing solely gryffindor. The Gryffindor tag has been ruined.

When I took the Pottermore quiz a few weeks ago, I got sorted into Gryffindor which was a big surprise to me because I never thought of myself as a Gryffindor. I am courageous, brave and loyal, but I am the least bold person to exist. I never wanted to be in that house. And then I thought and came to realize that it was the pride that makes me a Gryffindor, rocking red and gold. The pride I had in myself. It's not my bravery, nor my loyalty but my pride to stay myself, no matter what others say.

no one has traits from only one house, we’re all mixtures of all four-- much like myers-briggs, the house you are sorted into has to do partially with which is most dominant-- and, of course, it also has to do with what you choose to align yourself with.
