Is it appropriate for the school guidance counselor/cheerleading coach to be wearing a 'head bitch in charge' shirt as her coaching uniform?

Idk, man, but Riverdale is out here once again proving they give no fucks how schools function. (Don't even get me started on Archie's plans to let a bunch of teenagers do an EXTREMELY dangerous volunteer job, or Veronica using her class to 'fix the economy' in Riverdale -using her actual money to back it?- and then being shocked when it didn't go perfectly because a bunch of high school students one week into *HER* economics class -SURPRISE- don't have a firm grasp on how the economy works.)

Im in a group for The Magicians fans on fb, and someone posted in it and ruined the big spoiler for the newest episode of the 100 (don't worry I'm not saying it), and honestly I don't know if I'm more irritated at the spoiler being posted in an unrelated fucking group or at the STUPID, OVER-PLAYED direction jroth & co decided to go with the show.

I am rewatching Umbrella Academy ep1 right now (because why not? It's been a whole week since I finished it the first time 😅), and I have a question about the timeline.

Five is the only Hargreeves sibling not to have an actual name apart from their assigned number, which I assumed meant Grace didn't name them til after Five vanished.

HOWEVER

1. In the bank scene, Five is clearly present, and one of the siblings says "come on Ben" when coaxing Ben into the vault, so...

2. When Five jumps to the future he yells Vanya's name first, followed (I think) by Ben's, not Seven and Six, So they clearly already had names?

There might be other examples as I watch but I think my point was made 😅

So can anyone more knowledgeable please tell me exactly when they get named, and why Five doesn't have one if it was before he vanished?

So I was thinking...

In s1 of Umbrella Academy, there is a scene where Allison is driving and thinking about all the times she has rumoured people for personal reasons. I don't remember them all, but the last one was "I heard a rumor that you love me/are in love with me" (I don't remember the exact phrasing but general idea). My initial thought was that she used it on her husband in an attempt to keep her family together, but upon further reflection, that seems less likely because she is divorced and lost custody of her daughter.

So who did she rumor into loving her?

Well, who do we know who is SO completely in love with Allison that he can't seem to shake it, no matter what he goes through?

Did...did Allison rumor Luther into loving her when they were young? 😱😱

It seems plausible, to me anyway. Allison seems to think romantic love can fix how alone she feels. And a child with a power as strong as hers, growing up with a cold, distant, demanding father? It would make sense that at a certain point she would try to use that power to fill the void she is feeling.

I wonder if next season we are going to see Beth struggling with whether she is Dr Midnite without Chuck/the goggles to support her and getting to see her journey. And one of the final steps to cementing her belief in herself could include going to the old JSA headquarters with the team (for some reason), and Dr Midnite's owl is gonna swoop over and land on her shoulder.

(But also I hope they get Chuck back AFTER that because he's her best friend and we can all use that unwavering support)

I reeeaaaally hope they are setting Sutton up for a jaw-dropping bounce back where she shakes herself out of her slump, having been reminded of everything she doesn't want her life to be, and takes control of her life and and goals, and not for the downward spiral of alcoholism and bad choices they *seem* to be going toward...

You will never convince me that Alex Karev would abandon his wife and best friend. He must be dead or in a coma somewhere, because even evil spawn Karev wouldn't bail on his loved ones.

What the HELL are they doing with Nico and that manipulative bullshit "I don't try to change you but you try to change me, you don't accept me" BITCH YOU ARE LITERALLY TRYING TO CHANGE HIM SO HE WON'T TRY TO GET YOU TO BE VULNERABLE AND OPEN. Nico needs to do some work on himself before he is ready for (and worthy of) a relationship with someone so emotionally open as Levi.

This whole Link/Amelia/Teddy/Owen/Koracick is just a clusterfuck and I'm done with it. Link and Amelia should be together regardless of the baby's paternity (which I want to be Link's but knowing these asshole writers they are gonna give Owen a 3rd kid and fuck Amelia up even more because WHY NOT), and I don't even know what I want to happen with Teddy and Owen/Koracick but I just want it over.

Bailey taking in Joey is great and I saw it coming but OH MY GOD YOU CAN'T JUST TAKE IN AN 18 YEAR OLD WITHOUT DISCUSSING WITH YOUR HUSBAND.

And I'll say it again. ALEX WOULD *NEVER* ABANDON JO AND MER LIKE THIS WILLINGLY. He knows they both have abandonment issues and have both been through hell. He JUST got to legally marry Jo after supporting her through her severe depression. He would NOT just ghost on her.

I can suspend disbelief for a grown adult playing dress up as a goat to terrorize grown adults. I can suspend disbelief that there’s four gangs in a town population 25. I can suspend disbelief that Hiram’s biggest enemy is 16, maybe 17.

But you cannot convince me that all the kids in one town have the same boring ringtone.

I really love Choni together, but I would love for Toni to have a storyline of her own. I feel like when she was introduced she was immediately thrust in between Jughead and Betty, then once that resolved she immediately became part of Cheryl’s coming out story. I just would really like to see her story outside the confines of her relationship some.

We want to see Toni with her grandparents! We want to see Toni hanging with the serpents! We want to see Toni in class! We want to see Toni cheering with the vixens! We want to see Toni and Cheryl hanging with Ronnie and Betty! We want more Choni scenes!

Exactly! Give her the same respect that's been given to Betty and Veronica! Heck, even Cheryl has had stories about her family life outside romantic interests(though granted those have not existed this season, either.) They do not deserve to be just the token lady relationship, and they need to stop being treated like that's all they are, please!

The casting of Hope Mikaelson on Legacies is seriously A+

She legit looks like the genetic mix of Hayley and Klaus, and has really made the character her own.

The minute they introduced Deluca, I was like "oh look it's as if Derek and Mark had a love child, just look at him." I thought I'd be pissed if they tried to pair Mer with him, because of it, but I am weirdly digging it. Just like how last episode drew parallels between Calzona and Schmico, this one was doing the same with Merder and...Merluca? Is that what we're going with? It gave me feels.

The worst trick a childhood anxiety disorder pulls is, you spend your early years being applauded for being so much more mature than your peers, because you aren’t disruptive, you don’t want any kind of attention, you don’t express yourself, you keep yourself to yourself - this makes you a pleasure to have in class, etc etc - and you start to believe it’s virtue. But you’re actually way behind your peers in normal social development, and who knows if you can ever catch up.

I really was digging the parallels between the beginning of Callie & Arizona's relationship and Schmitt and hot Ortho Guy (who's name I can't remember right now) in the most recent episode. It makes me very hopeful for a great story between the two of them. I am loving the chemistry between them. Hopefully it won't go to shit like Calzona did for a while. (But they are definitely a happy little family In New York now and nothing can convince me otherwise)
