Okay, so here's what I got about Vesper (and she's 1000% the Vesper from the movie and not the book). 

So she's an accountant working for the FATF section of HM Treasury. 

And in the movie she was with Bond to make sure that he adequately managed the funds he was given. 

But she's secretly a doubt agent working for Quantum b/c they have her boyfriend hostage and will basically kill him if she doesn't do what they say. 

But what Vesper doesn't know is that her lover person actually works for Quantum and he actually does this a lot (gets close to women with influence and then pretends to be "kidnapped" so they give information)

ANYWAY 

So she's pretty smart and while she's no sherlock she does have some pretty awesome deduction skillz

She's sarcastic and skeptical

She thinks on her feet and can good in a tight situation but not so much in a violent one 

 Obviously she will do anything for the ppl she loves

Sometimes she can come off as cold and harsh but she's super determined to be taken seriously in a man's world

RIGHT I LOVE HER, TOO. SO MUCH. (i just hope i can do her justice, b/c she's so witty and complicated and perfect and yes). Anyway,she works with HM Treasury, specifically the Financial Action Task Force, which basically deals with money laundering/terrorist funding. 

Anyway, I can see Vesper respecting/liking Q if they ever interact?? Also she'd be like a+++ for being able to work with arrogant ppl like Bond on the daily.

So Auric would legit like Vesper a good bit. He’d like having something to dangle over her head (i.e., her fake boyfriend - if you’re still going with that????) and her spirit and all these things idek. He’s not a very mentally healthy kinda dude. But anyway, if you are saying that she’s the/a mole in MI-6, then she and Goldfinger could obv have some interaction bc he’s one of the big baddies. So yeah. Thoughts?

Yes! I'm def going with her fake boyfriend (which omg makes things so much worse?? like it's bad enough that she's doing all of this for him and they he doesn't even care okay hello life sucks badly alert) idea, so she can definitely have some interaction with Goldfinger/the villains which will be awesome (well not for her but ok yes). Anyway, she's not going to be a big fan of his for obvious reasons, but especially if he likes to dangle that over her b/c no. Anyway, especially if he has ties to/is working with Quantum, he could potentially be using Vesper for info, too??
