Good morning I’m officially at 203 and 13 lbs from my first goal weight. If I keep pushing along I might be there within the next month! I’m cutting my intake down as much as possible to make up for the food I’ll probably have to eat next weekend seeing family. Yesterday I was below 500 and today I plan on eating the exact same. Green tea water and Diet Coke it is for me all day until dinner time! I also bought a foam roller and a new food scale so I can weigh my food. I really want to get flexible so I’ll be stretching every day and rolling once the foam roller gets here. It’s really easy to do while watching a show or whatever. Then I plan on walking around my room and watching tv until my man gets home so I can get some extra steps in!
