How I lost 20 pounds in about a month
Hey guys â€ïž. I just started to lose weight, and I regret not starting sooner. But along with daily exercise and this drink I make I have lost over 20 pounds in around a month. This is my second month of my weight loss, but let me tell you what the drink is. Youâve probably heard of it.
đ”Whatâs in it: ăA cup of hot water ăGreen Tea ăHalf of a squeezed lemon đ ăAnd some Apple Cider Vinegar (You can put how much you want⊠but I usually put around 4 cap fulls)
You can also add some honey if itâs to bitter tasting for you.
I drink this every morning when I wake up and usually a hour before I go to bed. This drink works you guys. If you want to lose weight try this.

I used 3 cap fulls and i wouldnât have even known it was there! I also sucked on a lemon slice for a sec and afterwards the tea even tasted sweet despite not using any sweetener :)
Iâll probably be making this tea a lot over thanksgiving break, Iâll let yâall know if I see any results
