so anxious and sad today I’ve lost count how many times I’ve cried . watching a family member code blue is the most helpless feeling. i just keeping thinking what would’ve happened if I wasn’t there to get help. and now I gotta be a big girl again and go back tonight and even just the 2 hrs im going to be there has me panicking internally that something else will happen even though everything is stable and she’s good.
