“       i   do   too.       ”       she   matches   his   tone,   soft   hum   leaving   her   lips   from   the   kiss   to   her   shoulders.       “       are   you   saying   you   like   the   idea   of   when   me   missing   you   ?   because   if   you   just   say   so,   maybe   i   will.       ”       quiet,   nearly   silent   if   not   for   the   beating   of   her   heart   and   she   leans   closer,   enough   to   press   a   kiss   to   the   edge   of   his   jaw,   not   quite   his   throat   just   yet.   the   topic’s   grown   a   bit   too   real   for   her,   too   heavy,   and   she   makes   up   for   it   with   the   softness   of   her   kisses.

HE  COULD  ANSWER  HER  ---  continue  on  to  let  her  hear  about  how  desolate  he  felt  sometimes.       how  he  craved  for  someone  to  say  they  wanted  him  around  --  who  would  notice  if  he  got  out  of  this  shit  hole  of  a  place.            but  he  doesn’t.          instead  ,  he  ducks  his  head  enough  to  catch  her  lips  instead  -------------  &&  HE  KISSES  HER  ;   soft  &  slow  &  lingering.      never  too  much  pressure  so  she’s  welcome  to  pull  away.           just  enough  to  try  &  convey  how  much  he  wanted  her  to  know  he  enjoyed  her  presence.
