Thank you Lord for giving me a second chance to live.
But you belong to God, my dear children. You have already won a victory over those people, because the Spirit who lives in you is greater than the spirit who lives in the world.
- 1 John 4:4 (via thegreathope)
I gave in, and admitted that God was God, and knelt and prayed: perhaps, that night, the most dejected and reluctant convert in all England.

Bear one another’s burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ. ~Galatians 6:2
A cross is heavy; even Jesus fell three times and needed help from Simon the Cyrene to bear his own. Christ’s cross was physical but ours are often unseen. It is no shame to ask for help from others.

"How much more, then, will the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered himself unblemished to God, cleanse our consciences from acts that lead to death, so that we may serve the living God!" (Hebrews 9:14 NIV)
When Jesus died on the cross for us, he was blameless. He hadn’t done anything wrong. Our sin can trap us and make us feel empty, ultimately drawing us away from eternal life in Jesus. But by his blood, we are forgiven. We are no longer condemned, we are no longer slaves to sin and we are no longer defined by what we have done wrong. We are defined by what Jesus has done for us - and that cleanses us completely! Forgiveness is ours if we choose to receive it!
Every time the Bible speaks of God’s love, it’s pointing to Jesus’ cross.

Just The Design By PAOLA NAVONE
You are a woman. Skin and bones, veins and nerves, hair and sweat. You are not made of metaphors. Not apologies, not excuses.
